How do I get started?

Can I connect WhatsApp with a QR Code?

What are the plans? Are there more?

What if I need add-ons on the annual plan? Is there a discount on the add-ons' yearly price?
You can add extra channels, contacts and collaborators to the annual plan. Add-ons are billed monthly against the credits in your account. To make planning easier, you can buy prepaid credits for a full year — and buying credits in bulk earns you bonus credits, which effectively becomes a discount on the cost of your annual add-ons.
Is there a discount if I buy multiple add-ons?
Yes. If you buy credits for multiple add-ons or for multiple months, you get bonus credits ranging from 3% to 20%, depending on the total amount purchased. Add-ons are billed monthly against the credits in your account, so buying prepaid credits for the whole period locks in the bonus and stretches your budget further.
Is there a free trial plan?
Yes, there is. You can sign up for a 7-day full-access trial.
What happens when my free trial ends?
When that happens you have two options: upgrade to a paid plan, or move to our free plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, no strings attached. Just go to your billing section to cancel the plan.
What does 1 channel mean?
1 channel means 1 Facebook page, or 1 WhatsApp number, or 1 Instagram account, and so on. NicoChat also offers an OmniChannel channel: with it you use a SINGLE channel to connect to as many as the 8 channels we currently support (Messenger, WhatsApp API, Instagram, WeChat, Line, Viber, TikTok, Telegram)
And if you have more contacts? What does it cost?
The business plan comes with 1,000 contacts. You can set the channel to automatically delete older contacts once you go past a given number of contacts, or after a number of days of inactivity. If you need more than 1,000 contacts, it costs US$14/month for every 1,000 contacts, or US$77/month for every 10,000 contacts.
For example, if you have 11,000 extra contacts in total, the cost would be US$14/month x1 (for the 1,000 extra contacts) + US$77/month x1 (for the 10,000 extra contacts) = US$91/month.
